Trying to Conceive

A clearer, more supported path forward.

Trying to conceive can feel overwhelming, especially when you are sorting through conflicting advice or wondering what to do next. Fertility Foundations helps you better understand your body, strengthen the foundations that support fertility, and create a realistic next-step plan.

Warm morning light in a calm home

you are not behind

If you have a browser full of tabs, a note app full of supplements, and a growing pile of advice from people who mean well — you are not alone. This season deserves a quieter, kinder starting point.

Our approach

Whole-person support, not another checklist.

We look at fertility the way we look at motherhood — as something that touches your body, your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily rhythms. Our work is educational and supportive; it complements the care you receive from your physician, OB-GYN, midwife, or reproductive endocrinologist and does not replace medical evaluation or treatment.

How it works

Assess. Align. Act.

01

Assess

We start by understanding your cycle, health history, daily habits, and what you've already tried — so any next step is grounded in your actual life.

02

Align

Together we identify the foundations most worth strengthening — nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, cycle awareness — and where a trusted practitioner might help.

03

Act

You leave with a realistic, sustainable next-step plan and a warm network of people to walk with you — whatever the timeline looks like.

The Offer

Fertility Foundations

A holistic, education-based program for people trying to conceive who want to understand their bodies more deeply and feel more supported day to day. We focus on the foundations that research and lived experience both point to — cycle awareness, nourishment, movement, rest, stress, and connection.

Program length, format, and investment are shared on your free discovery call so we can match them to where you are. Fertility Foundations does not diagnose, treat, or promise pregnancy — and it is not a substitute for care with your physician or fertility specialist.

Wraparound support

Nutrition, movement, bodywork, and coaching.

Whole Mama Michigan's practitioner collective includes providers who work with people trying to conceive — including chiropractors, pelvic floor PTs, therapists, health coaches, and massage therapists experienced in fertility support.

Questions

You probably want to ask.

Is Fertility Foundations a medical program?+

No. It's holistic, education-based support focused on cycle awareness, nutrition, movement, stress, and daily habits. It complements — and does not replace — care from your physician, OB-GYN, midwife, or reproductive endocrinologist.

Who is it for?+

People who want to feel more informed and supported as they prepare their bodies and lives for pregnancy — whether you're just starting to think about it or have been trying for a while.

Do you guarantee pregnancy?+

No. No provider — holistic or medical — can guarantee pregnancy. Our work is to help you feel clearer, steadier, and better supported in whatever comes next.

How do I know if it's a fit?+
