Yoga and Movement at Whole Mama Michigan
Our space includes a boutique yoga studio where we focus on classes designed for nervous system regulation and connection (to self, to breath, to fellow moms and moms-to-be, sometimes even to baby). Our instructors are moms who know firsthand what it's like to have a changing body and the importance of coming back to your breath and finding connection with this new version of you. We also welcome those who are looking for stress management on their fertility journey or otherwise want the benefits of a gentle yoga practice. Classes are kept small so make sure to save your spot on Mindbody. For even easier booking, download the app.
